  2. Hold your breath for a count of four.
  3. Exhale slowly through your mouth for a count of four.
  4. Hold your breath for a count of four.
  5. Repeat this cycle for several minutes.

2. Alternate Nostril Breathing

Alternate nostril breathing, also known as Nadi Shodhana, is a yoga breathing technique that helps balance the body and mind. To practice alternate nostril breathing:

  3. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger, release your thumb, and exhale through your right nostril.

  3. Exhale forcefully through your mouth for a count of eight.
